-Putting up some rule signs would be useful for players passing by (open, claim sizes etc.).
-Also note that if you want to evict a player, you must leave the player a sign before seniors intervene, except if the player has been offline for two weeks. Then we shall intervene immediately.
-Players are responsible for their own claims. You as mayor do not own other people's builds.
-You are expected to maintain your own region as a mayor.
-You can have a maximum of 8 claims.
-Your community region can not be converted to a personal region.
